Susan
Madson Schoon
Before becoming an Ordained ELCA Lutheran
Pastor in 1997, Susan was a Vocal instructor
at Concordia Colllege, Moorhead,
MN.(1978-92) She has a BFA and and MFA in
Vocal Performance and has sung extensively
in the Upper Midwest Region in Opera,
Musical Theatre, Oratorio and Recital .While
in Moorhead, she also worked for Trollwood
Performing Arts School(TPAS), a performing
Arts High School in Fargo, ND. as their
Musical Director. Susan joined TPAS full
time in 1992 as their School Coordinator.
Among her favorite performed roles are
Guinevere, 'Camelot' with the Island Park
Players and Micaela, 'Carmen' with the
Western Plains Opera Company.
No stranger to Calvary, she helped produce
Calvary's " Sound of Music" in 2004, was
guest artist on their concert series and
this year will be Executive Director for the
Summer Arts Camp. Currently, Susan is
serving Christ the Servant Lutheran Church,
in St. Paul.

Lisa Davis
Lisa's work experience
over the last 30 years has been wide and varied.
She performed live improvisational comedy
with the Kentucky Fried Theater Company in
Los Angeles, written and produced original
children’s theater, performed one-woman cabaret
shows in New York City, Chicago, Madison,
Minneapolis, Palm Beach and Fort Worth. She
has done voice-over work for radio and television,
produced films, taught children’s theater,
and has served as Education Director for the
National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame.
This career reflects her three great passions:
children, education and creativity. Lisa holds
her BA in theater from the University of Wisconsin. |
Viktor Andersson
Viktor began his musical studies early, playing his first piano recital at age 5. He has played for church and worked with choirs all of his life. His bachelors in composition from Texas Lutheran University as well as private studies have led to the publication of hymns, psalms, choral works and music for liturgies. He was an organ scholar at Oxford University (England), substitute organist for St. John the Divine Cathedral in New York, and, has been involved in the music ministry of Calvary Lutheran Church since the church’s inception. He currently serves as their Director of Music Ministries. Viktor received his MA from Oxon. |

Kathryn Johanning
A University
of Texas graduate, with a Bachelor of Arts
in Theatre and Dance, Kathryn is currently
working in a Montessori School. She
directs and designs the creative movement
classes. Kathryn has extensive experience in
improvisation dancing, partnerwork, and
modern dance. She is overjoyed to bring this
knowledge to youth. Since her work with the
music and theatre department at UT, she
continues to enjoy creating and
collaborating within many art forms and
loves to share her passion with people of
all ages and talents.
